I'm not a Dnd pro but from what i undertand being good or evil in the game has nothing to do with moral but with beng selfish or selfless and for me Ainz is selfless because he is litterally working to the bone very hard to make the npc happy and he don't relax because there is always a maid fellowing him that he don't want to disappoint and helping carne village at first was a selfless act.
